Wines from Ászár-Neszemély have a slight acidity and fruity bouquets, and are lean and aromatic. The vines cultivated are: Welsh Riesling, Riesling Sylvan and Rhine Riesling.
Ászár-Neszemély is a hilly area south of the Danube. Because of only little sunshine and slightly cool temperatures the vineyards mostly make lean and aromatic wines.
The wines have a slight acidity and very fruity bouquets. The important vines used are Welsh Riesling, Riesling Sylvan and Rhine Riesling.
Though few tourists have ventured into this region, it is very interesting for winelovers. Especially Tata 'City of Water, which is known for its watermills, museums and the stone-age village Vértesszöllös.
