Bolivia is one of the poorest and badly developed countries in South America. The country is mostly plains east of the Andes, savannas in the South, and some rainforests. Only little wine is made here. The simple wines are made from Criolla and Malbec vines. The majority of the harvest is developed to Eau de Vie.
